Lessons learned from this first attempt.
1. You just have to do it and take the plunge.
2. Preparation of the figure is very very important. This includes scraping of plastic on the joints and where there might be rubs, as seen on the shoulders of Kazar and the other joints.
3. Dilute the paint. Apply multiple multiple thin layers instead of thick strokes. this minimizes brush marks
4. Be patient. wait for coats to dry before applying another.
5. Watch and read tutorials.
6. Take care of your paint brushes more carefully .
